Where can I get boxes & supplies?
Stores like Lowes, Home Depot, and Uhaul have new boxes for sale, along with shrink wrap, bubble wrap and other materials you might need. You can also ask local stores if they have any used boxes. Also feel free to use plastic totes with lids.
Who packs my belongings?
The customer is responsible for packing their own things. We are happy to provide you with guidelines and advice but more than anything, we respect your privacy and peace of mind.
How are my larger appliances handled?
We'll provide guidance on preparing & securing your appliances for transport and take care of the heavy lifting ourselves.
How does the moving process work?
You call us or fill out the quote form here. We'll set up a time to quote the project & schedule the move. We'll advise you on preparing your belongs and go over the contract. On the move day, we'll show up, load your things, transport them safely and move everything into the new location.
How long will my move take?
Naturally, this depends on how many rooms you'll need us to move and how many pieces of heavy furniture and appliances are included. We'll get it done as quickly as we can while taking care of your belongings.
Can you arrange my furniture at the new location?
Yes we can. Just let us know where you'd like everything to go, & we can include time for this in the unloading process.
How much will my move cost?
Our pricing is straightforward: Each move will be charged a service fee, then per hour in quarter hour increments for the duration of the move. Feel free to call for pricing.
What happens if my stuff is damaged?
We're insured! If something does happen to your belongings we will fill out a damage claim form and get the insurance process going. Fortunately for our customers we take extra precautions to prevent this from happening.
